10DLC Brand and Campaign Fees

10DLC Brand Registration
A one-time fee of $4.00 will be charged for each registered brand per submission.

10DLC Brand Vetting
A one-time fee of $40.00 will be charged for each standard brand registration vetting request.
A one-time fee of $95.00 will be charged for each enhanced brand registration vetting request.

10DLC DCA Campaign Registry Review
FreeClimb’s upstream DCA (Direct Connect Aggregator) requires a review of all 10DLC campaigns submitted through The Campaign Registry (TCR). This review may add time to campaign registration applications. We recommend budgeting extra time into your campaign registration timeline to accommodate for this potential delay. Our┬áDirect Connect Aggregator charges $15 to vet each 10DLC campaign, including each resubmission of a previously rejected campaign. If the carrier is required to do additional campaign vetting, a professional services engagement and associated fees may be required. You will be notified if this applies to your campaign(s).

Number Pool Configuration Fee: T-Mobile
A one-time pass-through fee of $2,000 will be charged by T-Mobile for each number pool (more than 49 numbers per 10DLC campaign) provisioned during the campaign implementation process. Up to 10 Campaign ID’s can be submitted together for a maximum total T-Mobile charge of $20,000. The fee is charged per T-Mobile Campaign ID. Number pooling does not require additional support costs or additional costs payable to The Campaign Registry (TCR) but there are additional messaging costs associated with running 10DLC campaigns.

Inactive 10DLC Campaigns: T-Mobile
T-Mobile requires deactivation of all 10DLC campaigns and associated long codes that do not support active message traffic during a rolling sixy (60)-day period. At least one long code must be associated with each campaign and support active message traffic during that period. As of December 1st, 2022, T-Mobile may unilaterally deactivate unused 10DLC campaigns that do not have any associated long codes. If you are planning to use a deactivated campaign in the future, you will be required to re-provision it. It is the responsibility of the customer who initially provisioned the 10DLC campaign and associated long code(s) to identify and de-provision the campaign and associated long code(s), once they are no longer in use.

Non-Use Fees: T-Mobile
T-Mobile charges a recurring pass-through fee of $250 for any unused campaign, where at least one long code associated with a campaign does not support active message traffic over a rolling sixty (60)-day period. Campaigns without at least one associated long code and no active message traffic since December 1st, 2022 will be eligible for this fee and on a rolling basis thereafter.
