Support during your free trial

During your free trial, our engineers are available by email to answer any questions you may have about FreeClimb API and offer assistance. We will respond to any message within one business day. If you would like, you may even leave us your phone number and request a call back during business hours.

Occasionally, we may notify you of major product updates, bug fixes, and updates to documentation using the email address you provided when you signed up for FreeClimb.
